Project Taiwan ( a personal project )

Taiwan is a very special island. During the 70s-80s, our complex history could be seen layered in the architecture throughout the island, including Japanese, Chinese, and various Western influences. There are stories of this history buried in the walls and stones of every house and street. This unique combination of different cultures is eroding year by year, giving way to sterile modernity. My goal is to recreate the feeling of growing up with these influences all around me, before they are lost to time.
